* General Refunds

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If any service does not meet your expectations, contact us and we can resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

* Cases where refunds are not applicable

No refund will be given in the following cases:

• Completed or delivered projects
• For domain, hosting or third party software purchase costs
• Delays due to client delay, non-response or lack of communication

* Refund Amount

If the project is canceled before any work is started or if no progress has been made, a full refund will be issued. If part of the project has been completed but the client is dissatisfied, a partial refund may be offered based on the amount of work already completed. The refund will be initiated within 7–8 working days and credited to your source account within 10–12 working days
