Refund policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and the developer. We aim to provide high-quality website development services and expect our clients to review project progress at each stage to ensure satisfaction. If there are issues with the services provided, we are committed to resolving them promptly.

🔷 Refund Eligibility-

  1. If no work has been initiated (no design, coding, or implementation), the client is eligible for a full refund.
  2. If we fail to deliver the website as agreed upon within the specified time frame and no progress has been made, a refund may be requested. This is subject to a case-by-case review.

🔷 Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Once work has begun or a project milestone has been completed, no refunds will be granted unless there is a substantial issue
  • If the client cancels or changes the scope of the project after work has started, the work completed up until that point may not be refundable.

  • 🔷 Refund Amount

  • If the project is canceled before any work is started or if no progress has been made, a full refund will be issued.
  • If part of the project has been completed but the client is dissatisfied, a partial refund may be offered based on the amount of work already completed.
  • The refund will be initiated within 7–8 working days and credited to your source account within 10–12 working days.
